Meet Raheem & Ana

In 2019 we started R&A Business Solutions. Originally, our company focused on supporting Realtor & Real Estate Teams with their marketing. The main focus was on social media and online presence. From there it evolved into a more comprehensive marketing support with email newsletters, blog posts, postcards, flyers, digital ads, and simple video editing & creation. 

Through word of mouth, we grew accommodating our services to not only assist Realtors but also other small businesses in a variety of industries including mortgage lenders, real estate brokerages, florists, food & wine, non-profits (religious and non-religious), and more. Ana Kollock has been the lead on the Marketing Division, which was built by the relationships and products/services provided above.

As time went on, some of our Realtor clients reached out asking for additional services to support their actual transactions. With that came the creation of our Real Estate Division. Raheem Kollock is in charge with this given his analytic skills, strong attention to details, and his interest in Real Estate. He obtained a licensed so we can not only support our Realtors but also provide resources and assistance to other consumers in need of Real Estate Services.

Over the years, we've learned that the most effective way we can support our clients (regardless of their industry) is to focus on the core of their business: The characteristics of the business owner themselves, the values & motivations that drive their day-to-day interactions, and the needs of their client base.
