Here you'll find a general workflow for each of our Transaction Management Services, comparison chart, and schedule an intake call to review any and all of your questions. Our hope is this will ease your concerns about the handling of your transaction and make the process streamlined on both sides.
Setting Expectations
KollockEdge wants to ensure a smooth transaction by providing a basic outline of our workflow. If there is a step not mentioned in this workflow or included in the email templates, then it will be up to the agent to perform said task/send email correspondence.

On our Transaction Management Services Page, select "Request Service" under the service package you need for your specific transaction.

Complete the Intake Form and submit to us. Our team will take it from there!

You'll receive a confirmation of receipt. Workflow will follow the below based on the type of service requested.​

Pre-Listing
Workflow

Obtain timeline for pre-listing milestones

Collect property details and photos from agent to enter Listing into MLS

Send designated, approved emails based on timeline

Once listing is approved, publish and set up showing instructions

Marketing? If so, share details with marketing division of KollockEdge to create & share approved marketing pieces.
Listing TM Workflow

Ensure all paperwork is completed properly and organized in the agent’s system

Monitor milestones to help keep track of deadlines

Handle all conveyancing items – all fees paid will be reimbursed to KollockEdge or agent pays upfront

Submit fee/reimbursement sheet

Will send out periodic emails throughout the process. We have current templates that will be updated to match each client’s information and any additional information needed. Other emails sent will be in response to questions and concerns. Agent will be copied on email correspondences.

If you have additional pre-set emails as part of your usual process, KollockEdge will only send out if it can be adopted to our current templates/timeline. Anything else will be the responsibility of the agent to send out.​

Buyer TM Workflow

Services begin once AOS is signed, everything prior to this point will be the responsibility of the agent

Ensure all paperwork is completed properly and organized in the agent's system.
